About The Position

Full Time Intake Assessment Registered RN needed for a high acuity unit in Psychiatry. This role involves performing intake duties in an assessment capacity, facilitating nurse-to-nurse and clinical referrals, managing medication consents and patient property, and collaborating with healthcare providers and referring hospitals. The position requires a valid RN license and experience in patient evaluation and care, as well as proficiency in EMR and EHR systems. The role is full-time with a rotating weekend schedule and open availability.

Requirements

• Valid RN License
• Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
• Experience in patient evaluation and care
• Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
• RN License (Required)
• Associate degree (Required)
• Ability to relocate to Ventura, CA 93001 before starting work (Required)
• Pre-employment background check and post-offer drug screen & physical required.
