About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in North Carolina to provide 1:1 home care nursing for local clients. The role offers flexible scheduling, personalized training, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to make a significant impact. Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose to be matched with
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Benefits
- $28–33/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)
- Weekly paychecks
- One on one care
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum commitment of 24 hours/month)
- Flexible schedule that works for you (days, afternoons, evenings, and nights)
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- No Weekend Requirement
