About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide 1:1 home care nursing for local clients in North Carolina. The role offers flexible scheduling, personalized training, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to make a significant difference in a client's life. The position involves traveling to a client's home, following doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring client conditions, and documenting observations and interventions.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Benefits

• $28–33/hour in North Carolina (depending on commitment and shift)
