About The Position
Find your purpose caring for patients after surgery. Get them home and healed home faster! This isn’t your typical surgical care unit. This team was recognized for receiving the PRISM award that celebrates medical-surgical units that sustain excellence. This is the first unit in Minnesota to receive this nationally recognized award, TWICE! Care for those who are admitted after surgery from the General Surgeons, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN (hysterectomy), ENT, Urology, Plastics, and Trauma Surgery.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program
- Current MN RN license required
- BSN required within three years
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
Nice To Haves
- National Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Care for patients admitted after surgery from General Surgeons, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN (hysterectomy), ENT, Urology, Plastics, and Trauma Surgery.
