The Registered Nurse (RN) is a key member of the team, responsible for providing and overseeing medical services for a caseload of patients. This role involves acting as the medical treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team, developing and implementing master treatment and discharge plans. The RN will communicate with support staff, treatment teams, providers, and outside agencies regarding patient treatment and safety. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, the RN will perform duties according to established protocols, standards, and procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed professionally and in a timely manner.
