Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC began in 2009 and has grown into a leading behavioral healthcare provider. As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients. This licensed nursing professional will act as the medical treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team, developing and implementing the master treatment plan and discharge plan for each patient. The RN will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, providers, and outside agencies regarding patient and family treatment and safety issues. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, the RN will perform duties according to established patient care protocols, standards, and procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed professionally and in a timely manner.
