About The Position

Adoration Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in Huntsville, Alabama, covering Madison and Limestone Counties. The position is a full-time weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Monday, or Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates only.

The RN assesses and monitors patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs; develops care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals; provides nursing care and symptom management; and educates patients’ families and caregivers. The nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, maintains timely and accurate documentation, and participates in the local branch’s on-call rotation as required. The role offers independent work with team support and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted nursing registration and license in the state of practice and state of residence.
• At least one year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, geriatrics, or other related settings is preferred.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.

Responsibilities
