About The Position
Acts Home Health is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Registered Nurse (RN) position. In this role, you will serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing nursing care and clinical oversight.
Requirements
- Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
- Must have reliable transportation
