Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the PM Shift. We operate on a 4-on, 2-off rotating schedule, providing you with predictable shifts and regular days off. Requirements
- Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Current CPR/BLLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
- Assess, monitor, and document resident health status changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on care plans.
- Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
