About The Position

Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the PM Shift. We operate on a 4-on, 2-off rotating schedule, providing you with predictable shifts and regular days off. Requirements

  • Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
  • Current CPR/BLLS certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
  • Assess, monitor, and document resident health status changes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families on care plans.
  • Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
