About The Position
Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the part-time PM shift. You will provide high-quality rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to our residents. This role requires a compassionate professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and possesses strong clinical decision-making skills.
Requirements
- Valid California RN license required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- Commitment to weekday and weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Assess and monitor resident conditions.
- Document clinical changes in electronic records.
- Lead and supervise vocational nursing staff.
- Coordinate care plans with physicians.
- Respond promptly to resident emergencies.
