Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Nights
About The Position
Banner Rehabilitation Hospital, in partnership with Select Medical, is hiring a Registered Nurse in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time night-shift role with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 7:30. The hourly compensation range is $39.38–$53.00, plus shift differentials, and the position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus. The inpatient rehabilitation hospital provides care for people facing medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges related to brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. On each shift, the RN partners with a Nursing Assistant and manages a manageable caseload, helping patients achieve goals and milestones in their individual care plans. Requirements
- Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification required at hire.
- ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.
- Clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a Nursing Assistant and manage a patient caseload on each shift.
- Help patients achieve goals and milestones outlined in their individual care plans.
- Receive admissions and transfers.
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Document patient care accurately and on time using EPIC.
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including laboratory results and telemetry.
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
