About The Position
Rome Health is currently seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care for patients and their families. The Primary Care Nurse assesses, directs, and coordinates patient care and procedures efficiently, empathetically, and in a timely manner appropriate to the age of patients served. This role also serves as a patient advocate and health teacher.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current New York Registered Nurse license
- BLS required within 3 months of hire
Nice To Haves
- BS in Nursing preferred
Responsibilities
