Urology Ambulatory Department at Geneva – Registered Nurse level 2, Outpatient
About The Position
The Registered Nurse provides competent, proficient direct patient care in an ambulatory urology office in Geneva, following established standards and under the direction of leadership. The role serves patients with urological needs, including complex needs, and contributes to unit activities and improvements to the care delivery system. The nurse supervises LPNs and clinical technicians and assists with a variety of urological procedures. The position may include expanded responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member. Strong teaching skills are needed to meet the needs of families and staff, and flexibility is required to support a growing practice. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on the day shift.

- One to two years of experience is recommended.
- Catheterization experience is a plus.
