About The Position
Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring Full-Time RNs. At Red Cliffs Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a LTC/SNF a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments
