About The Position

This opportunity allows nurses to provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home, administering and managing medications, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, performing treatments as ordered by the physician, and educating and supporting family members. Requirements
- Active IL RN or LPN license (or Compact license)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
