BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric and adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County. Many clients require advanced care, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management, and the company offers extensive paid training to support its nurses. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- CPR certified.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes.
- Provide advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management, as needed.
- Engage in one-to-one client care.
- Build client relationships and monitor their milestones.
- Perform preventive care.
- Utilize electronic charting (Statewise).
