About The Position

This role utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The Registered Nurse will manage patient teaching, communication, triage, and documentation in Epic. They will ensure patient safety, privacy, and timely response to clinical needs. The position involves collaborating with the care team, supporting quality improvement, promoting evidence-based practice, and upholding PRIDE values and organizational goals.
