About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team. This is a full-time position with day or night shifts available, offering a $20,000 bonus opportunity and a new Clinical Career Ladder for full-time employees. Participants in the Clinical Career Ladder are eligible for pay increases after successful completion of the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert Level. Vibra Hospital of Central Dakotas, located in Mandan, ND, is a 41-bed Critical Care Hospital providing long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital specializes in treating medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. It offers a fast-paced and friendly work environment where staff can build strong relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
