About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at East Lake, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and provide excellent senior care. The role offers 12-hour day and night shifts and an advertised earning potential of $41–$46 per hour, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet and exceed residents’ needs.
• Coordinate with nursing and other facility teams to provide comprehensive resident care.
• Work collaboratively toward excellent care for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
