About The Position

CentraCare is seeking a skilled, adaptable Registered Nurse for a full-time float role on its Home Health team. The nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care in patients’ homes across CentraCare’s service area, including St. Cloud, Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls, and surrounding communities. The position is based out of the Home Health office at Marketplace Mall in Waite Park, with work primarily taking place in the communities served and in patients’ homes.

The role includes comprehensive assessments, wound care, infusion therapy, care coordination, and education for patients and families about new diagnoses and treatment plans. CentraCare provides extensive onboarding, ongoing education, and dedicated RN office support.

The schedule is 60 hours every two weeks on a rotating four-week schedule, working 12-hour shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The position includes every fourth Saturday and one holiday per year. Pay is based on experience and degree, with a stated range of $41.46 to $69.18 per hour. Starting rates are $41.46 per hour for an associate degree or diploma in nursing, $42.90 for a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and $44.33 for a master’s degree in nursing. Mileage reimbursement and additional pay for weekend shifts are offered. Eligible external candidates may qualify for a $3,500 hiring bonus, subject to the stated eligibility conditions and the possibility that promotions may be discontinued.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Hold a current Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• Hold a current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Hold a valid Minnesota driver’s license, have a driving record in good standing, and maintain liability insurance coverage meeting CentraCare’s standards.
• Have at least one year of RN experience.
