About The Position
Hospice at Glengarda, an Emmanuel Health organization, provides end of life care to patients. In tradition of Catholic social justice teaching and service, we respond to the unmet needs of the vulnerable and the communities we serve through compassionate innovative service and partnerships. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment, while supporting clients/patients/residents in maintaining their physical health and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate is an empathetic, team-oriented person who truly represents the values of Commitment, Compassion, Holistic Care, and Innovation, and believes in the philosophy of resident directed care.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- RN in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment
- Support clients/patients/residents in maintaining their physical health and emotional well-being
