Registered Nurse (RN)-Brookside Village
About The Position
Brookside Village is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse. The RN delivers high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans. The nurse works with a multidisciplinary team to promote health outcomes and improve residents’ experiences, providing personalized care and support to residents and their families. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available. RNs averaging 40 hours per week may earn up to $6,000 in additional annual income, with an extra $500 added to pay for each month the hourly goal is achieved.
Requirements
- Hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Document resident care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with regulatory standards.
