About The Position
Total Compensation: $2,000 monthly salary + $35 per visit and $32/hr. Mileage reimbursement and drive time included. Minimum of 15 on call shifts per month including 2 weekends. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Comfortable working independently performing routine nursing procedures
- 15 On Call Nights per month
- Managing patients care within in the home setting
- Working in an EMR charting program
- Conducting patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
