About The Position
Aviata Health Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the team at Aviata at Spring Hill in Brooksville, Florida. The RN supervises staff and oversees resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, following applicable standards, regulations, and facility policies. This is a full-time day position with 12-hour shifts, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Follow facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during the shift, including assigning and distributing work, managing performance, training new staff, and ensuring work meets facility standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
