About The Position

Mobile IV Nurses / Mobile IV Medics is a physician-owned, nurse-led wellness company that provides in-home IV hydration and vitamin therapy. Nurses provide personalized treatments for concerns such as fatigue, dehydration, migraines, jet lag, and hangovers at clients’ locations. The company is expanding across multiple states and is seeking experienced RNs, NPs, and PAs for independent 1099 contractor positions.

This flexible role offers nurses autonomy to choose their hours and availability, manage their own schedule, communicate directly with clients, and build a local client base. Clinical onboarding, supply guidance, ongoing mentorship, medical leadership support, and leads through national marketing are provided. The position focuses on safe, professional wellness care and a high-quality concierge patient experience in home, office, or event settings.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 full years of working RN experience, depending on specialty.
• Practice area experience in emergency medicine, critical care, step down, labor and delivery, or flight/transport.
• High skill and confidence in IV placement.
• Ability to function independently following provider treatment-specific orders and systematically according to protocols and procedures.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).
• Ability to commit to caring for patients when needed; occasional evening and weekend availability is preferred.

• Administer IV hydration and vitamin therapies safely and professionally.
• Deliver a five-star patient experience in home, office, or event settings.
• Manage personal schedules and communicate directly with clients.
• Network locally to grow a client base through gyms, wellness centers, events, and similar connections.
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold all safety protocols.
• Provide patient care according to provider treatment-specific orders and established protocols and procedures.
