About The Position
At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes. We are officially launching the Nevada Flex Team right out of Las Vegas! Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Nevada is required
- Current CPR certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
- Develop and follow individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
