About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is an important member of the interdisciplinary team and delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact. The RN provides care and services that support patients in attaining or maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans when patient conditions change, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma, associate’s degree in nursing, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.

• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
