St. Teresa Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
- Must be in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
- Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence
