About The Position

Alliance Nursing is hiring an RN for one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in Camano Island or Stanwood, Washington. The nurse provides dedicated care to a child with complex medical needs in a family-centered home setting. Ventilator and tracheostomy training is provided, with ongoing clinical support. Requirements

• Current Washington State RN license; multi-state licenses from participating Compact States are accepted.

Nice To Haves

• New graduates are welcome; specialized training is provided.
• Prior pediatric home health experience is not required; training is provided for nurses new to the specialty or needing a refresher.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to a child with medical complexities, including ventilator and tracheostomy care.
• Work closely with the patient's family.
• Assess the child's unique needs and implement care accordingly.
• Document care and communicate care plans effectively with the team.
