About The Position

Sentara Careplex Hospital located in Hampton, VA is currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse for the Infusion Center. This is a Flexi/PRN position working 8-hour day shifts. The primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients. The Infusion Center team of registered nurses are experienced in the administration of chemotherapy, biotherapy and immunotherapies. The team values and strives to build a partnership with the community, physicians, oncologist/hematologist, other specialists and our patients, and is committed to providing quality and personalized care to patients. Teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Requirements

Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
RN-Associate’s Degree, or
RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or
RN-Diploma, or
RN-Master’s Degree
