RN Registered Nurse Full Time Weekday Days and Nights
About The Position
Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner. The role provides care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions. Weekday day and night shifts are available. Registered Nurses provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients, coordinate individualized care with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications and treatments, document clinical findings, educate and advocate for patients and families, and maintain compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
