About The Position

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner. Nurses join a specialized team providing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions. The position is offered for days or nights.

Registered Nurses provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings. They also educate and advocate for patients and families and maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
