Registered Nurse (RN) for School Nursing or Bus Rides
About The Position
Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for school-based assignments throughout New Jersey. These roles involve providing medical support to students, either during bus transportation, in the school health office, one-on-one with a specific student, or during field trips and special events. The assignments offer significant flexibility in terms of scheduling, allowing nurses to choose their preferred shifts and number of working days, fitting the school-year schedule. Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN or LPN license
- Pediatric experience required
- 1+ year of skilled nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide care and supervision for one or more students during school bus transportation.
- Support students in the school health office during the school day.
- Accompany a specific student throughout the school day.
- Support students during off-campus activities and transportation.
