Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Willapa Harbor Care, a Caldera Care facility, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to patients. The role includes administering and documenting medications and treatments, monitoring patient condition, and supporting patients and their families with health care instructions. The RN works with other team members to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care and patient activities, assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and may assist with unit management or take charge of a unit when assigned. The stated pay range is $45.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience. The facility describes its environment as warm and welcoming, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality resident care.
Requirements
- Current and valid RN license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- First aid and CPR certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
- Administer, observe, and record medications, treatments, signs, symptoms, and the patient's general condition.
- Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of a unit as assigned.
