About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team! The Registered Nurse works one-on-one with clients through Clarity Care’s Home Health Department, focusing on their individual needs to help them achieve improved quality of life and a sense of independence.

Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current Registered Nurse Licensure with the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing Required.
  • One year experience in General, Home Health and/or Public Health nursing required
  • Must possess a valid WI driver’s license (where required), and ability to meet agency driving standards.
  • Must provide proof of auto insurance (where required).
  • Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
  • Training and experience in the provision of personal care services or in a related program.
  • Undergo successful orientation and participate in competency-based assessments of skills on a regular basis as required by state law.

  • Graduate of an accredited College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 2 years and Home Health experience preferred.

  • Achieves expected outcomes to meet organizational goals.
  • Possess problem-solving skills and apply them to a wide range of situations promptly, appropriately, and safely.
  • Demonstrate language, mathematical and literacy skills that show the ability to communicate, understand, give, read, and/or follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instruction, write information, request and extend assistance.
  • Possess leadership and people skills to plan, organize, staff, motivate, direct and control the work and any workers that might be assigned.
  • Possess ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
