About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team! The Registered Nurse works one-on-one with clients through Clarity Care’s Home Health Department, focusing on their individual needs to help them achieve improved quality of life and a sense of independence.

Requirements

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
Current Registered Nurse Licensure with the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing Required.
One year experience in General, Home Health and/or Public Health nursing required
Must possess a valid WI driver’s license (where required), and ability to meet agency driving standards.
Must provide proof of auto insurance (where required).
Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
Training and experience in the provision of personal care services or in a related program.
Undergo successful orientation and participate in competency-based assessments of skills on a regular basis as required by state law.

Graduate of an accredited College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
2 years and Home Health experience preferred.
