About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering exceptional family medicine services. In this role, you will work closely with our family medicine providers to support patient care and ensure a seamless experience for our patients. This position offers daytime hours with a Monday - Friday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a school or college of nursing.
  • Completed a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice.
  • Nurses performing nursing practice over the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
  • Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
  • Coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
  • Collaborating with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
  • Demonstrating competency and practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizing appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.
  • Functioning within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure.
  • Foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct based on the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association.
