About The Position

This Registered Nurse position is in Outpatient Behavioral Health, serving both Adult & Pediatric Mental Health and Addictions. The role involves a mix of direct patient care, phone triage, and in-basket messaging. It offers opportunities to gain experience in mental health and addiction services, including methadone and suboxone treatment, within a supportive team environment. Requirements

• Minimum Associate degree in Nursing
• Active RN license to practice in Wisconsin
• CPR: Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain strong boundaries and adapt to evolving department needs

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Experience in behavioral health and/or addictions

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behavioral health nursing care across adult and pediatric programs.
• Provide nursing support for patients seeking treatment for addictions.
• Dispense suboxone and methadone in conjunction with our Opioid Treatment Program.
• Assist with intake coverage for Unity House Residential Treatment Program as needed.
• Manage in-basket tasks, phone triage, injections, and intakes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
