The Registered Nurse (RN) for Adult Behavioral Health will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. This role utilizes evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. The Adult Behavioral Health Unit is a 24-bed unit dedicated to adults experiencing acute psychiatric conditions, focusing on stabilization through trauma-informed and patient-centered approaches. The RN will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to creating a therapeutic environment that promotes healing and empowers individuals to achieve their goals.
