Requirements

1+ year RN experience
patient charting/medical record experience preferred
Associate/Bachelor's/Master's in Nursing required
Current RN license with the Mississippi Board of Nursing
BLS required
ACLS preferred
Excellent communication, problem-solving, bedside manner, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift ≥25 lbs, and use hands for patient care
Clear communication and keen observational skills

Nice To Haves

patient charting/medical record experience
ACLS preferred

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, compassionate care using evidence-based nursing practices
Perform patient assessments, lab work, point-of-care testing, and charting
Collaborate with physicians on treatment, discharge plans, and outpatient instructions
Administer medications, IV therapy, wound care, and basic bedside care
Educate patients and families on illness management, rehabilitation, and nutrition
Work flexibly across units and shifts to support patient care as needed
