About The Position
This role provides direct nursing care, administers medications, monitors client health needs, supports detox protocols, completes documentation, and works closely with the medical and clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate care. Keystone Retreat is not affiliated with the previous company or prior operations that resided at this location.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Valid driver’s license
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
- Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and TB test
Nice To Haves
- Behavioral health, substance use, detox, or crisis management experience
- Knowledge of COWS, CIWA, and HIPAA
