About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide home health visits in Lancaster County. The role offers flexible schedules, one-to-one care, and an emphasis on work-life balance. Nurses follow designated care plans, provide clinical services in clients’ homes, assess and monitor clients, coordinate care, and document services using a touch pad tablet. The listed base pay is $55.00–$65.00 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment.

Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patients’ needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Provide case management and coordinate care.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided, using a touch pad tablet.
• Travel to assigned cases.
