About The Position

Registered Nurse - Medical Group Urology
Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group Location: Glenbrook Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week) Hours: Anytime from 7:00AM – 5:00PM Monday - Friday Required Travel: Primary location will be Glenbrook. Possible to rotate to Evanston or Highland Park.

Requirements

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care
• patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record
