About The Position

Touchmark at All Saints is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to care for residents in its Assisted Living or Memory Care Communities. The nurse will help ensure residents receive dignified, high-quality care and will build positive relationships with residents and their families. This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule, rotating weekends and holidays, and hours of 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Hold a current LPN or RN license.
• Possess or be willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Be willing to continue learning and improving skills.
• Be committed to confidentiality.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when interacting with residents, family members, staff, and visitors.
• Align with Touchmark’s values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure residents in Assisted Living or Memory Care Communities receive a high level of dignified care.
• Work with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for residents.
• Help oversee care staff and assist them in making informed care decisions.
• Support the care team on the floors.
