You’ll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values communication, learning, and compassionate care. Our care model includes: Evidence‑based medical treatment Emotional support during withdrawal Personalized case management Therapeutic group interventions Coordination for seamless transition to the next level of care Your Role: Addiction Medicine Registered Nurse As an Addiction Medicine Nurse, your presence helps patients feel safe, supported, and hopeful during a vulnerable time. You will: Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and overall care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on individualized treatment plans Promote a therapeutic environment that supports patients’ physical and emotional well‑being Administer and monitor medications according to established protocols

Requirements

  • Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Commitment to evidence‑based practice
  • Ability to provide culturally competent, equitable care to diverse and underserved populations

Nice To Haves

  • Background in addiction medicine, medical‑surgical nursing, or mental health nursing (preferred)
