About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role offers a fast-paced, hands-on clinical environment, long-term patient relationships, and opportunities to apply a broad range of nursing skills with medically complex patients. The schedule is flexible and includes shifts that may be in the morning or evening, on weekends, and on holidays. The nurse may float to nearby clinics, and training may take place at a clinic other than the nurse’s home location.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, emergency room, or medical-surgical nursing preferred but not required.
• CNN/CDN certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to changes in health.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.
• Float to nearby clinics as needed.
