About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity at Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health Hospital and Haven, offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. This role is ideal for new nursing graduates interested in Psychiatric Nursing or experienced RNs seeking a new skill set. Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health Hospital is a 58-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital serving adults aged 18 and older, with divisions for general adult psychiatry and a specialized geriatric unit for dementia and Alzheimer's care. Haven at Ramapo Ridge provides inpatient trauma-informed care for women only. The position involves being an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, developing individualized treatment plans, and participating in various therapeutic offerings. RNs may also have opportunities to act as preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors. The role emphasizes understanding and embracing the mission statement of Christian Health.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team in developing individualized treatment plans that meet the patient where they are and ensure the plan is designed to meet the patient’s goals.
- Act as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors for students rotating through RRBH.
- Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.
