About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity at Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health Hospital and Haven, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive wages. Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health Hospital is a 58-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital serving adults aged 18 and older, with divisions for general adult psychiatry and a specialized geriatric unit for dementia and Alzheimer's. Haven at Ramapo Ridge provides inpatient trauma-informed care exclusively for women. Nurses at RRBH and Haven are integral to an interdisciplinary team, developing individualized treatment plans and participating in various therapeutic offerings. Opportunities exist to serve as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors. The position offers a tranquil work environment on a beautiful 78-acre campus with newly renovated, state-of-the-art facilities.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team in developing individualized treatment plans that meet the patient where they are and ensure the plan is designed to meet the patient’s goals.
- Act as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors for students rotating through RRBH.
- Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.
