About The Position

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputable regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses (RNs) for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit (CTU). This is an exciting opportunity for RNs who want to expand their cardiac nursing expertise while caring for complex patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll care for patients with conditions including post-operative open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while gaining hands-on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips. This role offers high-acuity, ICU-adjacent experience, the opportunity to work with complex cardiac and medical patients, and to grow alongside a new cardiac tower. You will benefit from supportive leadership and an experienced nursing team, gaining hands-on experience with advanced cardiac care. Requirements

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility through a compact license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication
