About The Position

Bethany Village is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time evening and night shifts, with 8-hour shifts. The nurse develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves creating a supportive atmosphere and working collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care. Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values toward residents, family members, customers, and staff.
Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
