About The Position
Four Corners Regional Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, day shift positions (6 AM-6 PM) in Blanding, Utah. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Ability to make sound, independent decisions.
- Solid knowledge of nursing best practices and medical procedures.
- Understanding of state, federal, and local regulations for long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for geriatric residents who require 24/7 support.
- Order medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed.
- Prepare and administer treatments and medications.
- Communicate changes in condition to physicians and family members.
- Perform skilled nursing services such as tube feedings, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, dressings, and irrigations.
- Continuously monitor critically ill residents.
- Act as a resident advocate and ensure care aligns with the care plan and personal wishes.
- Complete accurate, timely charting and documentation.
